The shower was amazing and the value for money was great. I also loved how close the hotel was to the city center - just a short walk or metro ride away. The breakfast wasn't too bad either. it was a budget accommodation done well. The staff were accommodating to our needs and allowed us to leave our bags when we checked out.

One downside was that I didn't realize the check-in had to be before 11pm and ended up arriving later, resulting in an extra charge. The communication could have been more friendly and easy-going.

Despite a slight hiccup with the cooker running out of gas, the hosts quickly resolved the issue with just one phone call. The location was great, with a metro stop and plenty of shops nearby. We'd definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and bathrooms being spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop terrace with its jacuzzi and bar. The location in the nice Condesa neighborhood was perfect, as I felt safe walking around and it was close to great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
